Descriptif du poste

We are looking for a Financial Controller for an International Group based in Monaco!

ROLE
This is a new job opening within the Finance team. You will be reporting to the Group Financial Controller. In this position, you will be liaising with Accounting, Controlling and Technical Departments across the Group.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Analyze running cost dealing with different Technical Managers,
 Ensure the application of the same procedures and processes across the Group,
 Support the Technical Management function to standardize reporting and analyses (actual vs budget comparison; actual vs previous year comparison),
 Produce insightful analyses of business performance to support management decisions,
 Prepare ad hoc analyses as per Management request,
 Collect input from different stakeholders to prepare business cases for new business initiatives,
 Propose improvement on actual reporting process and tools,
 Participate in IT projects to enhance current reporting system.

Profil recherché

REQUIREMENTS

 Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Economics,
 3-5 years’ work experience in similar role (Financial Controlling or Technical Cost Controlling),
 Experience of the Shipping industry or within a Consulting Company is highly recommended,
 Experience in international environments,
 Bilingual English is mandatory, French is a plus,
 Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Word,
 Knowledge of BI tools, NS5, Compass, Microsoft Dynamics AX will be considered as a plus.
