Descriptif du poste


Leading a small functional team, the Head of Brand is responsible for strategising, implementing, assessing and improving marketing campaigns for the company and branded products in an innovative, entrepreneurial space. Working closely with a Head of Creative in this newly established hands-on role, the Head of Brand is required to assess, pitch and implement marketing plans with a long-term view to building and engaging audiences and measuring ROI. Working both for the Company directly and – potentially – for third party clients, the Head of Brand requires an intuitive understanding of the digital space for both paid and earned media, e-commerce and the cross-over into offline engagement.

The company is a publicly listed healthcare company focused on developing and commercialising innovative products for patients and consumers in a specialised field. They are on a growth trajectory, having commercialised their first product in key markets, and are now preparing new products for market entry. You would join an international team and be relied upon to deliver consistent results to tight deadlines.

The company has recently facilitated a fundamental shift in its working practices, with all staff based remotely and reporting into global offices. The Head of Brand would be expected longer-term to work with their team in person on a semi-regular basis, while maintaining a remote working space. Longer-term, European and international travel is expected on a semi-regular basis.


Profil recherché

Your experience ideally includes:
• A long-standing career in brand-focused marketing working within a high-performing team where you have introduced innovative products and concepts
• Extensive audience targeting and engagement work within or alongside a range of companies, or with a singular entity for an intensive and extensive period
• Leading functional teams across multiple locations within ‘hands-on’ roles, including mentoring junior staff
• Successful launch and sales of new brands and products to audiences on a global scale, including with e-commerce platforms
• A proven understanding of digital tools, including analytics, to measure and improve overall ROI over time
• Working with luxury and complex brands to make technical concepts accessible and desirable
• Managing multiple ongoing projects (some long-term) while ensuring a consistency of narrative
